Galvanic treatment procedure
Initially, the material to be chrome-plated undergoes several
degreasing and pickling treatments
alternating with washing and rinsing cycles in water. This first phase is essential to
remove dirt,
solder, grease and oil residues from the product to be treated.
Following the electrodeposition of matt and bright nickel plating, a series of
further washing and
activations take place, followed by the electrodeposition of trivalent chrome
plating.
In the final phase, the material undergoes a series of processes such as
activations, anti-oxidation
and final washing to render the product perfectly clean.
